A native of Jersey City, NJ, Fr. Joseph was born in May 31, 1929. He was the youngest child born to Maurice and Mary Wahl. His siblings Edward Wahl, twelve years older than him, Mary Wahl eleven years and Richard Wahl, four years. The annual Summer Bible Institute took place July 12-17, 2015.  The morning sessions, led by Fr. This year’s program looked at Growing Into Being …BE-coming an Elder.  Led by Sr. Susan Schorsten, HM, and Kate McCulloh, the participants looked at some of the spiritual tasks of aging and gained insights from life’s lessons.  Through guided exercises and sharing of experiences, the men and women present were given tools for navigating a new and exciting time of life.
